Graduating from Monash University as Dux of the David Syme School of Management, Rick has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, gaining highly specialised knowledge in fields such as taxation law, investment law, securities analysis, financial analysis and corporate investment analysis.

Rick has completed a law degree with honours and recently published a thesis on Australian franchising law. Rick is currently undertaking post-graduate studies in Taxation Law with the prestigious University of New South Wales Faculty of Law and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship.

He has overseen the preparation of compliant offer documents for a number of IPOs on behalf of public and private companies with a reported capitalisation (cumulative) exceeding $280m.

Rick's previous corporate roles include being Investment Strategist for a property development corporation, State Marketing Manager for one of Australia's leading franchise groups and Financial Analyst for a leading business consulting firm.
